It’s a perfect summer day and you feel like getting out and about…. and using his cool foot control our freedom-loving friend has done just that. We are very grateful to Ted for sharing this uplifting video, it really is remarkable to see what impact new innovations in input devices can have on personal independence. Leisure time outside, particularly surrounded by Nature is proven to be so important for mental health and wellbeing, and doing that for yourself at your own pace is key to that process.
The Foot Control is one of SMILE’s in-house devices designed by Roger. As ever, when there was no other solution available, he came up with a crazy idea and made it work. We rarely see users during their leisure time, so this was a particularly rewarding video to have shared with us. Thank you so much for giving us a glimpse of your day in the sun Ted!
